While Covid-19 has created uncertainty throughout the country one thing that is certain is the determination of our member stations to continue to broadcast and provide the communities they serve with accurate and up to date information. Stations are adapting their schedules to meet the needs of their communities while also adapting their work practices to  protect the health and safety of their staff and volunteers. Stations are broadcasting with a reduced number of volunteers and staff at their premises,  while many staff and volunteers are working from home researching and providing content for news programmes, recording programmes for broadcast and contributing over the phone with updates. Guests are contributing by phone to programmes and stations are sharing programmes and programme content with each other through the Craol Programme Share Exchange and through the Craol Newsdesk. Stations are providing valuable information on whats happening  at national, local and community level and this demonstrates the ethos of community radio and is Community Radio Broadcasting at its best.

A list of all Community Radio Stations with their contact details are available on this website under the stations tab and we ask everyone to follow the HSE Covid-19 advice, take care of yourself, your families, colleagues and your community.
