92.5 Phoenix FM is one of twenty-one not for profit Community Radio Stations in Ireland. Its programming is based on community access and participation, reflecting the interests of its Dublin 15 listenership. We are a registered charity (no. 20205765) based in the Blanchardstown Centre.
We are seeking a Bookkeeper/Administrator (19 hours per week) to be responsible for recording financial information and providing general administrative support across all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Station.
Key Responsibilities of the post:
- Basic bookkeeping tasks and record keeping of all accounting functions;
- General administrative tasks associated with a small office;
- Supporting fundraising;
- General communications both written and digital.
The post holder reports directly to the Station Manager.
The position calls for someone with proficiency in working with spreadsheets, databases, and word processing. Solid written and oral communication skills are essential.
The successful candidate will have 2 – 3 years general accounts experience and hold, or be working towards, an Accounting Technician, or other similar qualification.
An interest in community development and the place of radio in the community would be an advantage.
A hybrid working arrangement will be considered.
