92.5 Phoenix FM is one of twenty-one not for profit Community Radio Stations in Ireland. Its programming is based on community access and participation, reflecting the interests of its Dublin 15 listenership. We are a registered charity (no. 202576) based in the Blanchardstown Town Centre.

 

We are seeking an Admin Assistant to be responsible for the general administrative support across all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Station.

Key Responsibilities of the post:

  • Basic bookkeeping tasks and record keeping of all accounting functions
  • Administrative tasks associated with volunteers
  • Supporting fundraising
  • General communications across the departments of the station both written and digital

The post holder reports directly to the Operations Manager.

The position calls for someone who has proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and word processing. Solid written and oral communication skills and excellent phone manner are crucial to the role.

The successful candidate will have a training a minimum of two years’ experience and in particular an interest in community development and the place of radio in the community.
