2024 Craol Achievement Awards now open for submissions

 Closing date for applications 5pm August 9th 2024

Entry to the CRAOL 2024 Achievement awards is now open to all Craol Member Community Radio Stations in the Republic of Ireland who have a full broadcasting licence or a temporary 100/30-day licence. Full licenced Community Radio Station can submit three entries.  Temporary  licensed stations can submit one entry and must have been on air between 1st August 2023 and 31st July 2024

Submissions are from stations not individuals

When and where is the Awards ceremony?

The 2024 Craol Awards Ceremony will take place on the evening of Thursday October 24th at Féile 2024 at the Carrickdale Hotel, Dundalk. The  awards ceremony will also be streamed online where members of your station and community can tune in and join the celebrations

What are the categories for 2024?
Core Categories:
1. Social Benefit-Music programme, Talk Programme or News and Current Affairs
2. Commissioned programmes.

Rotating categories:
1. Access and Inclusion
2. Technical production values
3.Sustainability

Irish Language Category 
1. Any Irish Language programming that has a minimum 50% Irish content

 

Only Craol Member stations and not individuals can put forward entries for the awards.
