Data Breach Protocol

CRAOL Community Radio Forum of Ireland Society Ltd. has in place a data breach protocol to respond should a personal data breach situation occur. The focus is on prompt action in order to protect individuals and their personal data. Craol  is committed to: (a) notifying the Data Protection Commission (DPC) of a personal data breach without undue delay and not later than 72 hours after becoming aware of it (unless the personal data breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons). (b) notifying affected data subjects without undue delay unless the personal data breach is unlikely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
